The exercise and sport science (EXSS) major at UNC Chapel Hill is a top-tier program designed for students interested in understanding human movement, physical activity, and sports performance. This major provides a strong foundation in biomechanics, physiology, psychology, and health sciences, preparing students for careers in sports medicine, physical therapy, athletic training, and more.
Caroline Baker is a freshman at UNC who's passion for wrestling propelled her into a love for working out and staying fit. These passions and experiences prompted Baker to chose her major of EXSS. She hopes to be a trainer for a major sports team later in her career, and is excited to have a job that combines her love for the gym and sports with her academic drive. Caroline Baker is fourth from left on the bottom row.
